FrankVenture LLC ("FrankVenture," "we," "us," or "our") operates education technology platforms including NailTheTest, RuleResource, and SeniorSupport Resources. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our websites and services.

  • Account information (name, email address, password) when you create an account
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)

We automatically collect:

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure session management. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and we never store credit card information on our servers.

Children's Privacy

Some of our products (NailTheTest Math) may be used by students under 18. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
