Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any FrankVenture LLC product or service (including NailTheTest, RuleResource, SeniorSupport Resources, and frankventure.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our Services

FrankVenture provides education technology platforms including exam preparation, compliance research, and caregiver support tools. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Online practice exams, study materials, and progress tracking
• AI-powered tutoring and content generation
• Email-based educational content and newsletters
• Compliance research and regulatory monitoring tools
• Caregiver guidance and resource directories

Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You may not share your account or use another person's account.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our products offer paid plans and subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 7 days of purchase for consideration
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Copy, distribute, or sell our content, practice questions, or study materials
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platforms
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
• Share exam questions or answers outside our platforms in a way that violates copyright
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms, including text, graphics, logos, software, practice questions, study materials, and AI-generated content, is owned by FrankVenture LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

AI-Generated Content

Some of our products use artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate tutoring responses, explanations, and educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Our AI features are intended to supplement, not replace, professional instruction and official study materials. For licensing exams, always refer to official sources for definitive answers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific exam outcome will result from using our products. NailTheTest is an exam preparation tool and does not guarantee passing any licensing exam. RuleResource provides compliance research tools and does not constitute legal advice. SeniorSupport Resources provides informational guidance and does not constitute medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrankVenture LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
